Inspecting products for FOD contamination before packaging Ensure physical condition and order data are accurate before packaging Prepare and package fuel cells according to order specifications Confer and correspond with Sales to establish representatives to rectify problems, such as damage, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications. Prepare box/crate to meet shipping requirements per order Ensure shipments have correct documents and are attached to the box/crate according to order specifications Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock. Shipping/Receiving Coordinator back-up (creating and scheduling shipments, logging shipments, loading trucks, ensuring all shipped material follows DOT regulations) Receivers’ back-up (unloading trucks, taking received products and materials to their proper locations in the plant) Spare shipping back-up (packaging spare order shipments to spec and DOT regulations) Keeping the packaging area and shipping dock clean and orderly Must be able to operate/and learn a forklift
