We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is ideal for a dynamic individual capable of managing a broad range of executive and personal tasks with professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to confidentiality. Essential Functions: Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Serve as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and timely responses. Handle personal tasks for the COO, such as managing household staff, scheduling appointments, and coordinating family events. Maintain the COO’s personal calendar to ensure a seamless integration of personal and professional commitments. Assist with special projects, including research, event planning, and project coordination as assigned by the COO. Track and follow up on various tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and proactive communication on any delays or issues. Organize and coordinate meetings and special events, handling scheduling, logistics, and agenda preparation. Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion. Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, both internal and external. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
