Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die End-to-End-Supply-Chain inklusive Transportlogistik, Lagersteuerung und Distributionsprozessen
  • Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung externer Logistikdienstleister sowie Koordination mit Speditionen, Fulfillment-Partnern und Lagerstandorten
  • Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen, Konditionen und Distributionsvereinbarungen sowie Pflege langfristiger Partnerschaften mit Logistikdienstleistern
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Warenströme unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Zeit und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Analyse von Prozess- und Leistungsdaten zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in Effizienz und Bestandsmanagement
  • Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von KPI-Systemen, Forecasting-Methoden und Logistikstandards zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Disposition, Vertrieb und Kundenservice für eine ganzheitliche Supply-Chain-Strategie
  • Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten zur Modernisierung der Logistikprozesse
  • Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten zur Standort- und Prozessentwicklung bundesweit

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Verantwortung für die effiziente Steuerung komplexer Supply Chains
  • Fundiertes Verständnis logistischer Prozesse, ERP-gestützter Steuerung und datenbasierter Analysen
  • Versiert im Umgang mit externen Logistikpartnern sowie in Vertrags- und Leistungsüberwachung
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und exzellente Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Power BI
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
