ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a forward-thinking Product Owner to lead the evolution of Maersk’s most advanced Network Design digital platform. You will join a highly motivated and experienced team focused on research and development of new tools, designed to automate simple design decisions and perform a wide range of network optimization functions: from vessel and cargo flow modelling to capacity utilization and predictive analytics.
As Product Owner, you will work closely with Technology and Scrum teams, as well as network and operations strategists, to fine-tune existing features and expand the Network Design digital platform capabilities. Your work will directly impact how Maersk designs and operates its global logistics network.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Work closely with network and operations design experts to ensure the product meets real-world planning needs.
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing technical feasibility with business value.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of existing product features and identify opportunities for new functionality.
• Ensure the product integrates seamlessly with Maersk’s broader digital ecosystem.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, WE BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN OFFER

• Familiarity with network design, operations planning, or supply chain optimization.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for building tools that solve real-world problems through data and technology.
