Seeking a part-time baker to join our small, local, mostly wholesale bakery! Professional baking experience that includes viennoserie preferred.
// Responsibilities
-Part-time, ~13 hours/week with possibility to expand into more. Starting pay based on experience.
-Estimated Schedule [Roughly] :
Monday 8a-1p- Deliveries + restocking errands.
Friday 1p-8:30p - Battter/dough prep; order bakes + boxing; kitchen reset; deliveries.
-Helping prepare and bake off doughs/batters.
-Boxing orders
-Delivering to local wholesale partners in your own reliable car. (Mileage reimbursed.)
-Helping manage inventory.
*Flexibility to help cover occasional mid-week bakes is a major plus. Please let us know in your first message to us if this is something you’re able to do.

-Should be able to work an 8-hour shift on your feet and load 50 lb. flour bags into rolling bins.
Experience in professional kitchen preferred.
