Performs ground maintenance in a timely and efficient manner. Assists the Maintenance Supervisor in setting maintenance practices and completing maintenance projects. Maintains all utilities such as electricity, natural gas, heating, cooling, water, plumbing, medical gases, and communicates any issues appropriately. Follows HIPAA regulations and ensures that the confidentiality of residents’ medical, personal, financial records, employee records, and organizational records is maintained.
