Responsibilities and Duties Brand Leadership Define and lead Moment Energy’s global brand strategy and positioning to establish the company as a leader in cleantech and second-life battery solutions. Ensure a best-in-class digital presence and cohesive messaging across all channels, markets, and touchpoints. Establish brand governance and ensure consistency across all internal and external communications. Develop compelling corporate narratives for media, investors, customers, and strategic partners. Growth & Demand Generation Design and optimize the entire customer journey, from brand awareness through lead generation, conversion, and long-term customer advocacy. Partner closely with Sales leadership to drive marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue. Develop clear KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure marketing performance and ROI. Continuously test and scale growth initiatives that improve conversion and accelerate revenue. Market Strategy Translate market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence into a multi-year strategic marketing roadmap. Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Sales to develop product positioning and go-to-market strategies for new offerings. Resource & Partnership Management Own and manage the marketing budget and marketing P&L, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measurable impact.
