We are looking for a new team member to join our Food with and Beverage team at the hotel to assist with all aspects of restaurant service and with the running of conferences and functions.
As such you will be responsible for
a) setting up the food and beverage areas including Restaurant, Bar and Function Rooms
b) for ensuring excellent customer service standards and safe practices are maintained throughout all food and beverage areas at all times.
c) Although a knowledge of the operation of the computerised till system and cash handling is desired, training can be given.
So if you have relevant experience of table service and bar work, with good and confident customer service skills we would be delighted to meet you.
The shift patterns may vary according to the demands of the hotel and this will naturally include some weekends depending on the rota.
