Assist the Band 7 CNS to maintain accurate and concise records of the clinical service to ensure statistical information is compiled that will profile the service and inform future development.2 Be involved and contribute to clinical protocols and developments for the specialist services3 Assist the Band 7 CNS in collection of evidence and service improvements required for peer review4 Assist in the collection of colorectal data for submission to national audit.5 To undertake regular individual performance review in conjunction with the CNS and agree personal development plans in line with service objectives.6 Participate in the annual service review and following this assist in the production of an annual report evaluating service provision and future service developments.7 Organise own work and practice and participate in cover arrangements for the service.8 Undertake delegated tasks and project work, as requested by the line manager.9 Assist the Band 7 CNS in investigating complaints and incidents relevant to the department10 Deputise in the absence of the Band 7 CN
