In this senior leadership role, you’ll shape and deliver brand building and performance led media and acquisition campaigns that influence awareness, consideration, conversion and join outcomes across multiple channels.   Operating in a highly regulated and competitive environment, you’ll bring strong commercial acumen, deep experience in media and campaign delivery, and a proven ability to turn strategy into results. You’ll work closely with the Head of Brand & Growth Marketing and senior stakeholders across the organisation to build alignment, drive execution and elevate marketing effectiveness.   An essential part of this role will be collaborating with creative, media and event agency partners to ensure work is delivered on-time, on-budget and to a high-standard.   Provide strong, effective leadership to the direct growth team, setting clear direction, priorities and performance expectations aligned to organisational growth objectives.
