Du verantwortest die datengestützte Entwicklung neuer Eventkonzepte, die sich an den individuellen Herausforderungen und Bedürfnissen bestehender und neuer Zielgruppen orientieren. Du entwickelst wertstiftenden Content für Social Media und verantwortest die Positionierung von Socialhood Munich als Go-to-Community für junge Menschen, um sie zur Teilnahme an unseren Social Experiences zu aktivieren. Du behältst das Projektziel, lokale Rahmenbedingungen, Partner-/Lieferanten, sowie das Budget und Kosten im Auge und sorgst dafür, dass der von dir definierte Zeitplan reibungslos eingehalten wird, der auch die Innen- und Außenkommunikation umfasst. Du managest und verbesserst die Events auf ad-hoc Basis mittels Daten durch Feedback und eigenen Analysen, um stets die Zufriedenheit und Retention zu steigern.
