About the Position

An opportunity exists for a Senior Marketing Executive to join the business in predominantly a brand specialist role. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinate and execute brand and marketing campaigns across multiple residential communities.
• Manage estate branding, project launches and promotional initiatives.
• Oversee the production of marketing collateral, brochures and digital content.
• Coordinate corporate campaigns, display home launches and marketing projects.
• Support social media planning, content creation and platform management.
• Manage photography, video production and creative content shoots.
• Coordinate sponsorship activations, events and promotional activities.
• Develop engaging copy across print and digital marketing channels.
• Liaise with creative agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities.

About the Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will have the following:

Ideally, you will have:

• 3 - 5 years experience in a marketing or brand focused role
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline
• Experience coordinating campaigns and managing multiple projects
• Strong written communication and content development skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Creative, proactive and capable of working to competing deadlines
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded
