Description
Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations, development and execution of promotions and enhancements of the Ansell North America Webstore.
  • Liaise with Customer Service, Logistics, IT and transformation departments for all items related to the Webstore.
  • Develop a promotional plan in coordination with marketing automation lead and product managers to increase Webstore adoption and run rates.
  • Lead meetings with cross-functional partners to develop programs, analyze program results and align on optimization opportunities.
  • Brief and coordinate with content lead on the creation of powerful assets driving to eCommerce pages.
  • Actively explore tools and technologies that can help accelerate the usage of Webstore and fulfill all the prioritized user stories.
  • Improve eCommerce transaction conversation rates consistently over time.
  • Ensure eCommerce marketing messages and target market are clear and consistently applied.
  • Drive assortment and UI/UX optimization leveraging Salesforce.com and Fullstory.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • 3+ years of Digital Marketing/eCommerce Functional experience.
  • BA or BS degree in marketing or commensurate experience.
  • Experience with any eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce.com, Shopify, Magento, etc.
  • Digital marketing experience especially within Google Ads & Search Consoles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce channel.
