About the role Allied OMS is seeking a highly personable and results-driven Referral Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our network of premier oral surgery practices across the San Francisco and Napa Sonoma areas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-building, understands the nuances of doctor-to-doctor marketing, and wants to make a measurable impact on patient acquisition and practice growth. The referral marketing specialist will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with the Director of Marketing, Associate, Doctor Recruiting & Practice Growth, and other Referral Marketing Specialists.
