Description du poste En tant que « Chargé de marketing et production » vous pilotez la stratégie de production de la marque (contenus, événements etc) et leur diffusion en interne et en externe sur la base du calendrier marketing saisonnier. Vous jouez un rôle central dans l’orchestration des temps forts marketing, en assurant la cohérence, la qualité et l’impact des prises de parole de la marque, en interne comme en externe. Déclinaison de la stratégie marketing : Construire et réaliser le calendrier de production en fonction de la stratégie et du budget; Superviser les évènements avec l’ensemble des équipes interne (retail, VM…) Produire et diffuser des kits de communication ; Réaliser des bilans et définir des axes d’amélioration saison après saison ; Mener une veille concurrentielle 360° régulière et partage avec l’équipe communication et image. Communiquer en interne les différentes réalisations Coordonner le planning de création de contenu : Co-construire le planning de création de contenu institutionnel, e-commerce, social média ; Assurer la collecte des besoins en création de contenu et l’envoi des contenus créés aux différents pôles de la Maison ; Gestion et suivi du budget ; Production : Organiser et réaliser les différents shootings ; Produire et diffuser les kits de communication ; Piloter le calendrier de production général ; Suivre le budget ; Qualifications Issu d’une formation supérieure en marketing ou communication, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans l’univers de la mode, du luxe ou du lifestyle.
