Develop and enforce data normalization, deduplication, and data quality standards within Marketo and its connected systems to ensure accurate segmentation and reporting. Analyze campaign and nurture performance, partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, and implement system or process improvements based on findings Maintain a deep understanding of marketing automation and martech best practices, evaluating new tools and enhancements to improve team efficiency, data visibility, and marketer experience Provide leadership and coaching to the campaign operations team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and supporting long-term career development About you Your background includes: Undergraduate degree in marketing, business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years related experience in marketing automation operations or related experience Deep, demonstrable, and current expertise with Marketo Engage required, including Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) status. 2+ years experience leading a marketing operations team Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms; Marketo required; expertise with Salesforce campaign object, reporting, and integration best practices preferred Experience building and managing scalable Marketo programs and folder structures.
