Job Description We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager in North America that will lead the planning, coordination, and project management of integrated field marketing campaigns across North America, with a primary focus on Unit4’s four core vertical audiences: Not-for-Profit, Professional Services Organizations, Canadian Public Sector, and Higher Education. This role reports to the Senior Manager Field Marketing in North America and works closely with them to bring integrated field marketing plans to life across the entire customer journey - from awareness and engagement through pipeline creation, acceleration, and expansion. Operating with a One Team mindset, you will partner closely with sales, global marketing, and regional stakeholders to deliver customer-led, data-informed programs that drive meaningful business outcomes. In addition to integrated campaign execution, the role provides 360° event marketing support, enables local sales teams, and manages a small portion of operational and administrative responsibilities.
