Description du poste Sous la responsabilité de notre responsable BE et, dans le cadre de la croissance de nos activités, nous renforçons nos équipes et recherchons notre futur(e) Ingénieur Calculs mécaniques basé principalement à Lyon. Assystem étant le partenaire privilégié de différents opérateurs du nucléaire, le servie Mécanique maitrise une diversité de référentiels client et d'environnements normatifs associés. Vous serez rattaché au responsable du bureau d'études mécaniques de Lyon et intégrerez une équipe de 8 personnes. Vos missions sont les suivants : 🔹 Mettre en place une méthodologie d'analyse en fonction du classement sûreté des composants et de l'environnement normatif à respecter (RCCM-Rx, Eurocodes, EN13001, EN13445, ASME, FEM ...) ; 🔹 Valider les hypothèses et les résultats avec les responsables de développement. Prendre du recul vis-à-vis des hypothèses prises ; 🔹 Créer et mettre en donnée des modèles éléments finis (maillage, conditions limites, contacts ...) ; 🔹 Réaliser des calculs mécaniques à partir de chargements variés en statique ou dynamique (températures, pressions, séisme, chargements climatiques) par calculs EF ou calculs analytiques ; 🔹 A travers ces calculs, l'objectif est de soutenir et valider les hypothèses de conception des équipements (machines tournantes, équipement de manutention, charpentes métalliques, équipement sous pression, ancrages …) ; 🔹 Post-traiter et analyser les résultats obtenus. Si nécessaire, proposer des pistes d'améliorations/ d'optimisations ; 🔹 Constituer et rédiger les notes de calculs. Vous pourrez aussi être amené à : 🔹 Participer à la rédaction de propositions techniques et à l'estimation de la charge de travail associée ; 🔹 Participer à la conception mécanique pouvant inclure le pilotage d’un ou plusieurs projeteurs ; 🔹 Proposer et analyser des options techniques pouvant inclure un travail collaboratif avec des partenaires extérieurs ; 🔹 Assurer la vérification de modèles ou d'études en phase d'exécution au regard des règles de l'art et des réglementations ; 🔹 Participer au développement du bureau de calcul au travers le développement d'outils (VBA, Python, etc.) ; 🔹 Avoir un rôle de conseil dans la lecture et interprétation des normes au sein d'une équipe multi métier ; 🔹 Réaliser des calculs de flexibilité de tuyauterie ou des calculs fluides en fonction de vos compétences.
