Bienvenue chez CIMA+ Description du poste L’équipe Environnement et sciences de la terre de CIMA+ est à la recherche d’une chargée ou d’un chargé de projet senior dans les domaines de la caractérisation du milieu naturel, des études d’impacts et des demandes d’autorisation et de permis. A ce poste, votre principale responsabilité consistera à superviser étroitement chacun des aspects (techniques, financiers, humain, etc.) de projets multidisciplinaires de natures diverses (transport, industriel, etc.), tant pour des clients publics que privés. Bien que ce poste implique des tâches principalement de bureau, une alternance avec le terrain est à prévoir afin de superviser et réaliser diverses activités liées à la caractérisation du milieu naturel. Nous offrons un mode de travail hybride flexible vous permettant de travailler de votre domicile et de notre bureau de Montréal. Principales responsabilités : Diriger et participer à la préparation de propositions de services (stratégie, plan de travail, rencontre client, budget, etc.) et contribuer aux efforts de développement des affaires du service Diriger, coordonner et réaliser des études de caractérisation du milieu naturel (inventaire faunique, floristique, milieux humides et hydriques) Planifier, superviser, et au besoin réaliser les activités sur le terrain (inventaires floristiques, fauniques et la délimitation des milieux naturels) Participer à la réalisation d’études d’impacts, d’évaluations environnementales, de demandes d’autorisation et de projets de restauration et compensation d’habitats, dans le cadre de projets de nature et envergure diverses Collaborer avec les différentes équipes afin d’assurer l’intégration et le respect de l’environnement dans les projets Vérifier et valider la méthodologie utilisée et réviser les livrables afin d’assurer le contrôle qualité sur le travail effectué Produire et analyser les données géomatiques reliées à l’environnement (ArcGis, Fieldmaps, Google Earth, etc.) en collaboration avec notre service Géomatique Coordonner et superviser les ressources humaines et matérielles affectées aux projets sous sa responsabilité, incluant la santé et sécurité Encadrer et soutenir les ressources, tant sur le plan technique que méthodologique Qualifications Baccalauréat en biologie ou équivalent Minimum 15 années d’expérience pertinente, dont au moins 2 ans sur le terrain Maîtrise des techniques d’inventaire Connaissance de la réglementation applicable au niveau municipal, provincial et fédéral Aptitudes en gestion de projet (encadrement de personnel, suivi des échéanciers et des budgets, etc.) Expérience en matière de demande de permis et d’autorisations auprès des autorités municipales, provinciales et fédérales Excellentes aptitudes de communication, de rédaction et de synthèse Diplôme de deuxième cycle (M.Sc., M.Sc.A., M.Env.)
