Job Description What is the opportunity? The Strategy Analyst plays a critical role in supporting leadership and strategic initiatives through comprehensive calendar and event management. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of QTS-wide events, from strategic planning through flawless execution. What will you do? Content and agenda coordination. Work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to develop compelling agendas, coordinate schedules, and gather necessary content well in advance of events and presentations. This requires strong project management capabilities to keep all stakeholders aligned on deadlines and deliverables. Own the planning and execution of team town halls and leadership meetings and offsites. This includes managing all logistics and ensuring every element aligns with organizational standards and event objectives. Manage forward calendar, serving as the central coordinator for all major organizational events and meetings. This includes anticipating needs and coordinating with various individuals and teams across the organization. Coordinate across teams to gather key information from multiple stakeholders and conduct analysis to support building compelling presentations. Facilitate deep dives into key topics to gather content and form an understanding that can be shared with stakeholders. Plan and deliver high-impact sessions that will have meaningful impact for attendees across regions, including in-person and virtual sessions for town halls, offsites, employee engagement, and more. What do you need to succeed? Must have 5+ years related experience including being a self-starter who is detail-oriented, highly flexible, and comfortable with change and leading through ambiguity. Proficiency in PowerPoint is essential, as the role requires creating polished presentations, visual agendas, and supporting materials for leadership events. Exceptional organizational abilities are fundamental. Must juggle multiple events at various stages of planning while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships and effectively partner across the organization is critical to coordinating successfully with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional oral and written communication skills are necessary to convey complex information clearly and influence stakeholders effectively. Ability to multi-task effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy and completeness. Demonstrate strategic thinking with exceptional planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
