Provide exceptional customer service during marine activities, including guided tours, fishing expeditions, and water sports. Prioritize the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of guests throughout their marine experiences. Strictly adhere to Minor Hotels' safety protocols, conduct regular safety briefings, and maintain a secure environment for guests and crew. Monitor weather conditions and make informed decisions to ensure the safety of marine activities. Plan and execute safe and scenic boat routes, considering factors such as weather conditions, guest preferences, and time constraints. Possess an in-depth knowledge of the surrounding waters, landmarks, and points of interest. Maintain clear and effective communication with the resort's operational teams to ensure seamless coordination of marine activities. Offer informative and engaging commentary during guided tours.
