Leverage innovation for efficiency: Utilize tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate analysis, development, documentation, and automation (e.g., Jira scripts) for streamlined delivery tracking and operational efficiency. Strategic portfolio management: Facilitate the Portfolio Planning & Intake Review Committee to score, prioritize, estimate, and align initiatives with RBC’s strategic goals, ensuring business requests are routed to appropriate teams. Optimize delivery pipeline and resources: Manage capacity, and forecasting to meet demands, while developing metrics to track progress. Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with clients, product managers, architects and developers to define requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Uphold quality and compliance: Ensure all solutions meet RBC’s security, regulatory, and scalability standards throughout the delivery lifecycle. You're our ideal candidate if you have: - Strong Data Warehouse Expertise 7+ years of hands-on experience with data warehouse (preferred on-premise such as Teradata) and/or other tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks). Proven track record in data architecture, ETL development, data modeling, and optimizing large-scale data onboarding and offboarding. In-depth knowledge of end-to-end data engineering processes, from design to deployment.
