ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven leadership in procurement, planning, inventory management, and supplier negotiation.
• Strong grasp of manufacturing processes and materials flow.
• Ability to analyze data, build models, and make financially sound decisions.
• Excellent communication and people skills - you can influence across functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, C.P.M., or C.P.S.M. preferred.

PHYSICAL & VISION REQUIREMENTS:

• Role requires regular data review, screen use, and occasional travel.
• Can be performed with or without assistive technology.
• May involve inspecting work, reading small print, or using measuring tools.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directly supervises: 3 team members.
• Reports to: Executive leadership.
