Job Summary As an Airside Operations Controller you will act as the central command point for real-time coordination of passenger movements and airside bus operations. Your activities Coordinate passenger boarding and disembarkation in alignment with aircraft turnaround timelines. Plan, allocate, and dispatch buses based on flight schedules, stand locations, and passenger demand. Serve as the central control point for all airside bus movements. Monitor and maintain safe separation between vehicles, aircraft, and airside infrastructure. Proactively manage real-time disruptions, including delays, equipment failures, and congestion. Communicate continuously with airline, ramp, and driver teams to ensure operational alignment. Enforce airside safety regulations and take immediate corrective action when required. Monitor flight schedules and adjust transport plans dynamically to reflect operational changes. Track fleet availability, utilisation, and serviceability to optimise resource deployment. Coordinate contingency transport solutions during peak periods or irregular operations. Maintain accurate operational logs and incident reports in real time. Support investigations into safety incidents, delays, or service failures. Provide direction and prioritisation to drivers during high-pressure or time-critical situations.
