Je kiest zelf een moment dat jou het beste uitkomt: 11 en 12 mei of 26 en 27 mei. Is er een match? Dan nodigen we je uit voor de Consultant in a Day selectiedag. Functieomschrijving Je helpt organisaties om hun dienstverlening te verbeteren met TOPdesk. Dat doe je door: Bedrijfsprocessen te analyseren en te optimaliseren Klantdoelen te vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties Klanten te begeleiden in implementaties en veranderingen Kansen te signaleren om meer waarde uit onze software te halen In het eerste jaar ligt de focus op de software en kleinere verbetertrajecten. Daarna groeien je projecten in omvang en complexiteit en ontwikkel je je tot strategisch sparringpartner. Je werkt voor uiteenlopende organisaties: van MKB tot universiteiten, gemeenten en multinationals. De ene keer rond je een traject in een paar dagen af, de andere keer werk je maandenlang aan een groter project. Het opleidingstraject Als junior consultant start je met een intensief opleidingstraject van twee maanden waarin je alles leert over: De TOPdesk-software Onze klanten en sectoren Consultancyvaardigheden Je volgt trainingen, loopt mee met ervaren consultants en oefent met praktijkcases. Daarna ga je samen met een collega aan de slag bij je eerste klant. Stap voor stap groei je naar zelfstandigheid. Waar kom je terecht? Je standplaats is ons hoofdkantoor in Delft. Als junior consultant ben je veel onderweg: gemiddeld 3 à 4 dagen per week werk je bij klanten op locaties door heel Nederland. De overige tijd besteed je aan voorbereiding, administratie en kennisdeling met collega’s. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat en waar collega’s elkaar helpen om het beste uit zichzelf en uit klanten te halen.
