Role Roadmap Drive and accelerate Kalshi's expansion into new international markets. This is a high-ownership, ambiguous, and cross-functional role focused on identifying opportunities, navigating regulatory and operational complexity, and building the foundation for long-term growth outside the U.S. You'll act as a force multiplier across expansion, operations, legal, regulatory and partnerships—turning unclear problems into executed outcomes. This salary range is based on the current available market data, and represents the expected salary range for this role.
