In een jaar tijd leer je niet alleen de organisatie goed kennen, maar kom je er ook achter welke functie, welke afdeling en wat voor type projecten bij jouw talent passen. Ook kun je rekenen op goede begeleiding en heb je een jaar lang een vaste buddy. Na een jaar heb je niet alleen veel geleerd, maar kun je ook uitstromen in een gave baan waar jij helemaal tot je recht komt. En het mooie is dat je heel het jaar door kunt instromen. Zo ziet jouw werk eruit: Je gaat direct op één van onze projecten aan de slag. Je werkt hier nauw samen met uitvoerders en werkvoorbereiders en je zorgt ervoor dat projecten goed zijn voorbereid en dat de uitvoering soepel verloopt. Tijdens het mbo traineeship draai je meteen mee met diverse werkzaamheden, zoals het: Het creëren van een veilige werkplek én zelf veilig werken in de praktijk. Het oppakken van de dagelijkse operatie: van planning tot uitvoering. Het monitoren en slim coördineren van productieprocessen. Zorgen dat alle middelen en materieel precies op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Het bijhouden van rapportages, administratie en het bewaken van budgetten. Het continu verbeteren en optimaliseren van processen. Het begeleiden en aansturen van onderaannemers tijdens de uitvoering van projecten. Je krijgt bij ons 13 keer per jaar salaris i.p.v. 12 keer. 26 verlofdagen bij een fulltime dienstverband plús een variabel aantal roostervrije dagen per jaar.
