Description du poste Votre future équipe Vous rejoignez les équipes de Charles, Pilote du site de Saint Genis Pouilly (01 630) en charge de nos activités de proximité pour le CERN qui vient de nous renouveler sa confiance pour 7 ans. Assystem intervient dans ce contexte depuis plus de 15 ans dans le cadre de projets et activités de maintenance sur de nombreux systèmes d'information industriels liés aux infrastructures techniques et critiques de toutes ces installations prestigieuses : protection physique (vidéo, contrôle d'accès), sécurité des personnes (alarmes centralisées, sécurité incendie, Systèmes Instrumentés de Sécurité, ...), contrôle-commande process (HVAC, traitement d'eau), distribution électrique ou encore surveillance radiologique. Vos missions En tant que technicien(ne) confirmé(e) ou expérimenté(e) en automatisme/supervision, vous intervenez sur des centaines d'automates industriels et des dizaines de systèmes de supervision associés. Ils communiquent avec des infrastructures centrales qui permettent leur exploitation depuis des salles de contrôle centralisées. Les architectures des systèmes sont réparties dans les installations du CERN en surface, en sous-terrain et parfois dans la campagne environnante. Vous êtes impliqué sur des travaux de types maintenance ou projets tels que : Le diagnostic, l’investigation et la résolution des dysfonctionnements des systèmes (software, hardware et interfaces/communications réseau). La réalisation de petites ou moyennes modifications sur les systèmes (selon un processus strict visant à éviter les régressions). La réalisation des actions préventives (incluant les mises à jour des PC et serveurs informatiques). Le support aux utilisateurs (notamment dans leur interaction avec les systèmes et leur fonctionnement). La participation à des études de faisabilité dans le cadre des réflexions de pérennisation des systèmes puis la réalisation des projets de migration/rénovation des systèmes (parties automatisme comme supervision). La tenue à jour des référentiels documentaires et logiciels (gestion de configuration) associés aux systèmes du périmètre. La conception, réalisation, mise en service de nouveaux systèmes. Le test des systèmes en plate-forme (recours à des simulations d’E/S) et sur site. La gestion des mécanismes d’alarmes techniques centralisées (déclaration et mise à jour des alarmes techniques associées aux systèmes) ainsi que la configuration des interfaces liées à l’interopérabilité des systèmes (avec d’autres systèmes ou avec des niveaux supérieurs basés sur des applications informatiques / bases de données). Votre périmètre technique couvre l’automatisme, les moyens de supervision locaux (panels) et les supervisions centralisées associées. Vous avez également la maîtrise des ateliers de développement logiciels associés. En interface avec les responsables techniques du CERN, vous etes au plus près de ces installations hors norme et des stratégies de maintenance associées. Impliqué sur le suivi des activités, vous utiliserez les outils de GED, de GMAO ou encore de gestion de configuration permettant traçabilité et reporting.
