Cet outil permet d’identifier les SaaS utilisés, d’en analyser les usages et d’assurer leur conformité : Animer la Gouvernance de Beamy avec le fournisseur et nos utilisateurs Coface Recenser et analyser les SaaS utilisés au sein du Groupe. Mettre en œuvre des campagnes de sensibilisation et de communication via Beamy, en lien avec les équipes métiers, IT et conformité. Contribuer à la définition et au déploiement du référentiel de gestion des SaaS (processus, règles d’utilisation), en lien avec les équipes conformité et DORA Produire des reporting et recommandations sur l’optimisation de la gestion des SaaS.
