Job Description:   A French speaking Account Manager for Business as usual “BAU” Issues / Requests for the assigned banks. Responsibilities:   Operational and process responsibilities:   1. Managing all BAU issues through our ticketing system “Jira”, emails, phone calls with the assigned banks, updating the weekly sheet for escalations and challenges if any. 2. To be the owner of the assigned account on any related communication. 3. Prepare the monthly service review reports and preset it to our clients. 4. Follow the incident / Problem Management process. 5. Attending physical meetings with the assigned banks.
