Job Description We are seeking a passionate and skilled Commis Chef to join our vibrant Kitchen team at Oaks Broome Hotel. In this full-time role, you will assist in day-to-day kitchen operations across our Restaurant, Conferences and Events, and Room Service facilities. You will report directly to the Executive Chef, contributing to the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. Support the smooth operation of the kitchen during service across the restaurant, events, and room service. Maintain kitchen hygiene standards and comply with HACCP and OH&S guidelines. Assist in the training, coaching, and mentoring of junior kitchen staff. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive work environment. Adapt to various shifts, including weekends and special events as required.
