Lead PMO activities for global Pillar 2 compliance projects, including coordination with KPMG member firms worldwide, tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring high‑quality execution across jurisdictions. Oversee cross‑border workstreams involving multiple countries, ensuring alignment between global requirements and local‑country‑specific rules.
