The workload often moves in waves, and you will need to be skilled in managing your time effectively during both busy and quieter periods, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities in this role will include: Deliver exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and team members. Assist with the scheduling and execution of rent reviews, lease expiries, and the preparation of key documents. Perform data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable tasks. Maintain compliance registers for over 1,000 tenants Collaborate on proposals for new management opportunities. Monitor and manage a high volume of emails, responding to inquiries in a timely manner. Prepare REIQ and other property-related documentation. Answering incoming telephone and email queries.
