Little Treasures is looking for an educator to join our team! Team based environment working with children 6 weeks to 6 years old. Join our team of professional educators that have a passion for the field and a love for children! Educators implement day to day activities with 50% teacher led and 50% child led programming. We believe play is an important part in early childhood education and we strive to give the children a balance of opportunities to both direct their own activities and have an educated, experienced educator engage them through experimenting, discovery, feeling, seeing, smelling, touching, hearing, and imagining. We believe positive guidance techniques, such as redirecting, problem solving, and giving choices whenever possible, combined with a positive attitude and love are an important part in facilitating a child’s character.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of young children.
• Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and educators to support each child’s educational journey.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with CPR and First Aid protocols to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
