Strategic Execution: Translate company objectives into clear operational plans and targets, Align initiatives across Life, Health, and Pension with business priorities. Support strategic projects (e.g., digital transformation, product launches, regulatory change). Operational Oversight: Manage end-to-end processes: underwriting, policy issuance, renewals, claims, customer service. Monitor KPIs/SLAs, productivity, internal controls, and business continuity. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies; implement improvements and automation. Lead continuous improvement to reduce turnaround times and increase accuracy. Enhance workflows and system utilization with cross-functional teams. Customer Experience: Ensure prompt, professional handling of interactions, complaints, and escalations.
