We have a robust and indepth onboarding process where as a new employee, you’ll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team.
This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team. Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You’ll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Libertatem.
You will be spending your time with our client within their own home where you will be supporting with their daily routine. The client is a young female, who loves to be included in all her care and promoting independence. She needs support with her physiotherapy.

Your day to day activities may include & experience we are looking for:

• Oropharyngeal suctioning
• Nasopharyngeal suctioning
• Communication with a nonverbal child
• Moving and handling
• Working with a child who has cerebral palsy
• Dysautonomia
• Enteral Feeding
• Medication Administration
