Duties and Responsibilities: · Utilize specialized clinical knowledge and advanced counseling skills to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform diagnostic interviews for behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) clients. · Facilitate individual, group, and family-oriented therapy sessions to address client needs and promote recovery. · Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered, client progress, and treatment outcomes. · Collaborate effectively with clients, their families, case managers, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive care. · Work with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique circumstances and goals. · Participate in regular care conferences and case reviews to enhance treatment effectiveness and client engagement. · Attend Supervision as required. · Ensure compliance with agency, federal, and state confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations.
