Overview The Spartans (Special Projects and Resources Team) are a part of the Substrate Platform organization—the foundational backbone that powers Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and more. As an Engineering Manager on the Spartans team, you will lead and grow a team focused on tackling high-impact, cross-cutting challenges that unblock agility and modernization across Substrate. Spartans take on complex, organization-wide initiatives that enable engineers to move faster, adopt modern platforms and technologies, and operate services more efficiently at cloud scale. Software Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
