Je werkt nauw samen met Product Teams, andere Scrum Masters, Product Management, stakeholders en mogelijk in een bredere scaled Agile-context met rollen zoals een Release Train Engineer. De cultuur is gericht op samenwerking, eigenaarschap, leren en wendbaarheid.

Functie


Als Scrum Master ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en coachen van een of meerdere DevOps/Product Teams in het Agile werken en help je teams groeien in volwassenheid, effectiviteit en eigenaarschap. Je faciliteert Scrum-events, ondersteunt bij het oplossen van impediments en stimuleert een cultuur van continue verbetering.


Je richt je niet alleen op teamcoaching, maar speelt ook een belangrijke rol in de afstemming tussen teams binnen een bredere Product Train of scaled Agile-omgeving. Je bewaakt samenhang, helpt afhankelijkheden inzichtelijk maken en draagt bij aan betere flow, voorspelbaarheid en samenwerking over teamgrenzen heen.

Daarnaast ondersteun je bij backlogmanagement, stakeholdertransparantie en het gebruik van metrieken om verbeterkansen zichtbaar te maken. Je faciliteert of ondersteunt grotere Agile events, zoals Planning Intervals (PI’s), en draagt bij aan afhankelijkheids- en risicomanagement op keten- of trainniveau.


De functie heeft zowel een operationeel als tactisch karakter: je werkt dagelijks met teams aan delivery en teamontwikkeling, terwijl je tegelijkertijd bijdraagt aan bredere organisatieontwikkeling, Agile volwassenheid en het verder versterken van waardeketen-brede samenwerking.

Voor een senior profiel biedt deze rol bovendien ruimte om door te groeien richting een rol als Release Train Engineer (RTE), met meer focus op traincoördinatie, systeemdenken en scaled Agile leiderschap.

Wie ben jij?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • In het bezit van PSM I en PSM II certificering
  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als Scrum Master binnen Agile/DevOps-omgevingen
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met begeleiden en coachen van Agile teams
  • Kennis van en ervaring met Scrum, SAFe, LeSS en Lean-principes
  • Ervaring met scaled Agile werken, bijvoorbeeld binnen Product Trains
  • Ervaring met het faciliteren van Scrum-events en grotere Agile events, zoals Planning Intervals (PI’s)
  • Ervaring met impediment management, afhankelijkheidsmanagement en risicomanagement tussen teams
  • Kennis van flow, voorspelbaarheid en het werken met Agile/DevOps-metrieken

Wat krijg jij?

  • Functie voor 36 uur per week (32 uur bespreekbaar)
  • Salarisindicatie van €4.422 tot €6.490 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur)
