Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Safety Officer to join our General Services Department based who will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of workplace Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with Philippine OSH standards and maintaining a safe working environment across operations. Your Role and Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive OSH programs aligned with workplace requirements. Ensure full compliance with DOLE and Philippine OSH standards, including sector-specific regulations. Lead safety initiatives in medium- to high-risk environments Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and job hazard analysis (JHA/HIRA). Perform regular safety inspections, audits, and gap analysis to identify unsafe practices. Monitor, investigate, and report accidents and incidents, including root cause analysis. Prepare and submit DOLE reportorial requirements. Provide safety training, orientations, and promote a culture of safety awareness. Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, permits, and certifications. Recommend and track corrective and preventive actions. Support continuous improvement by providing audit findings, trends, and recommendations.
