Act as a mentor to junior engineers and interns, providing guidance on technical challenges. Share knowledge through design reviews, code walkthroughs, and internal presentations. Integrate AI capabilities into daily operations for predictive insights and automation. Establish and implement mature and efficient DevOps processes such as SDP (release), Livesite, buildout environment and tool chains for high service reliability and availability. Participate in On-Call and Site Reliability rotations, ensuring live-site health and driving engineered solutions. Drive technical clarity and alignment across multiple teams and organizations, influencing strategy, mentoring peers, and ensuring delivery of high-impact, customer-focused results. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 5+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping apps and/or services. Excellent technical design skills and proven ability to drive large scale system designs for commercial projects or products. Experience and involvement with DevOps. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
