Performs visual inspection of each sheet and monitors quality on pallet to ensure conformance to quality standards. Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve operational issues and report major problems to the supervisor. Maintain Records: Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and any issues encountered. Complete required documentation related to production runs, including production logs, inspection reports, and incident/accident reports. Adhere to Safety Procedures: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards, adhering to good housekeeping practices. Clean and Maintain Equipment: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Report unsafe conditions, damaged machinery, and/or tools to Supervisor Support Team: Assist with the training of new staff and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
