Beschrijving

Over de functie

Als Restaurant Manager binnen ons hotel ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie van het restaurant. Je zorgt voor een consistente, hoogwaardige service voor zowel hotelgasten als externe bezoekers. Je werkt nauw samen met de keuken en het hotelmanagement om een optimale gastbeleving te realiseren.

Werkzaamheden - Motiveren en aansturen van medewerkers - Coördineren en organiseren van de werkzaamheden in het restaurant - Zorgdragen voor orde, netheid & hygiëne voor en achter de schermen - Afstemmen van de werkzaamheden met andere afdelingen - Optreden als gastheer/gastvrouw en aanspreekpunt voor de gast. - Bijsturen van problemen en het afhandelen van vragen/klachten van gasten - Zorgdragen voor orde, netheid & hygiëne voor en achter de schermen - Kwaliteitsbewaking - Actief meewerken in het operationele proces - Werken in wisseldiensten, inclusief weekenden en feestdagen

Wie zoeken wij? - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen horeca of hotellerie - Gastgericht en representatief - Zelfstandig maar ook een team-player - Sterke leiderschaps- en communicatieve vaardigheden - Werkervaring in restaurants of hotels van niveau - Flexibel en stressbestendig
