We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is advantageous but not essential for newly qualified nurses.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status and medical histories.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for side effects or adverse reactions.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance nursing practices and stay current with medical advancements.
