About the Role: The Registered Nurse at Madison, 03, plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients across various medical settings. This position focuses on providing direct patient care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to their unique health needs. The nurse will be responsible for educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care to promote long-term wellness. Additionally, the role involves specialized skills such as wound care management and telemetry monitoring to support patients with acute and chronic conditions. Ultimately, the Registered Nurse serves as a patient advocate, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care within the healthcare facility. Minimum Qualifications: * Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. * Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing). * Basic Life Support (BLS)  * 2 years clinical experience in a hospital, healthcare, or behavioral health-related setting preferred.  * Proficiency in direct patient care and nursing practices.
