Skilled nursing experience, and leadership experience are a plus! WAGE IS $78,000 - $85,000/YR The Administrator in Training (AIT) is responsible for learning and developing the skills necessary to become a licensed nursing home administrator. The AIT will work closely with the current administrator and other members of the management team to gain experience in all aspects of running a skilled nursing facility.
