The Role: Assist residents and patients with wide range of daily living activities including personal care and the leisure and lifestyle program. The role also includes documenting of both assessments and in resident's progress notes, and participation in training and development programs. You will need: * Completion or working towards an approved Certificate 111 or Level IV in Aged Care or equivalent. * Previous practical experience in providing personal care services to the frail and aged.
