We're growing the team to meet the demand. 🌟 About the role We're looking for a Total Rewards Manager who will own the strategy, design, and administration of Pulley's compensation & benefits programs. As our first dedicated comp & benefits expert, you'll build scalable systems that attract top talent, reward performance, and support our team as we scale. At Pulley, we've built a starting foundation with pay bands and compensation frameworks, but we need a subject matter expert to take us to the next level. You'll audit and refine our current programs, design new incentive structures (bonuses, equity refreshers), and lead our benefits strategy as we evolve beyond our PEO provider.
