Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance or direct calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Book Rides for the calling customers and replaying that information to dispatch.
- Provide information to callers about company products, services, and policies
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers over the phone
- Update customer records and enter relevant information into the company database
- Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling phone calls and customer inquiries
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in using phone systems, including transferring calls and placing callers on hold
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in message taking and data entry
