Its core capabilities are in providing high-end vision inspection and ultra-precision handling solutions in die-sorting, vision inspection and laser marking requirements. REQUIREMENTS:

• At least a good Bachelor’s degree in a Mechanical Engineering discipline, with a working knowledge of electromechanical designs and subsystems
• Knowledge in basic engineering concepts / equipment development with BOM cost
• Experienced in project management & lead cross functional departments to resolve issues
• Able to multitask multiple projects at the same time & excellent time management skills
• Basic knowledge in scanners & laser applications is advantageous
• Good leadership, teamwork and able to work with different levels of the organization
• Continuous improvement mindset and flexible approach to solving problems

• Undertakes product ownership on range of semiconductor equipment
• Sets product development roadmap in line with market trends and customers’ needs
• Carry out Product/Technology benchmarking
• Supports Technical Sales in specs review, costing and evaluation of new product requirements
• Interfaces with customers on project status and technical reviews
• Manages Product Evaluation programs with Customers
• Oversees CIP programs to extend product life cycle, enhance product competitiveness and improve gross margins
• Interfaces with Engineering Development teams to resolve all technical field issues within the Product family
• Other tasks assign by supervisor as required
